• All ticket sales are final, unless otherwise stated

• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted

• Event details (date, time, location, entertainment, or itinerary) are subject to change

• In the event of cancellation, delay, or rescheduling, policies will be communicated via email, website, or event partners

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Plei does not store full credit card information.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff upon arrival. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.
